Current Vero Construction Projects
The new Hochfelder residence has been completed on Puget Drive. This is the second home that has been built for these clients and includes a view of Vancouver that is breathtaking. This is stunning example of west coast design that takes full advantage of its slope and surroundings.

Recently, Vero completed a historic restoration of a 100 year old home in Burnaby on Deer Lake. This heritage classic was converted into a lovely 3 room bed and breakfast as well as new living quarters for the owners in the basement. For more information and photos visit www.haddonhouse.ca.

In beautiful sunny Tsawwassen on Centennial beach sits the home of the West family with views across Boundary Bay. This small cottage was transformed into a 3 bedroom with great room featuring easy access to the beach outside the door.

After more than 15 years, Vero is proud to be renovating one of its custom built homes in the UBC Endowment land area. Original owners, the Chan family, are ready for some changes and Vero is proud to be called upon to complete these updates.

Other renovations include a full home renovation on West 49th Avenue including the exterior and interior changes, Cypress Street in Shaughnessy with a full restoration and addition to the family home and Magnolia Place in Richmond featuring a compete rear yard project. On West 32th another entire house renovation took place changing the house from a 30 year old tired home to a beautifully updated residence, inside and out.

At Vero we are proud of the relationships that we have developed with those that we have worked with.
